Ucreate Music Toys

uCreate Music is a toy that gives you the opportunity to make their own music and beats. This toy has many funky controls that together the different sectors. In the lower right is a control panel that has multiple hits back, riffs, links and flows that you can add or take along to the music. Next to that is the rock distortion that distorts the song as it is written. press "hold" and repeating the distortion, repetition and sound keeps going without you to press the buttons. You can also control the BPM (beats per minute), pushing the ""+"" or ""-"" signal to the fast track or slow. Due to the small microphone at the top you can record your own voice tune. Once you're done with the music you can play it again and again. An iPod can be connected to the toy uCreate music and the songs on it can be changed at will. With all these controls the amount of different tracks you can create are almost limitless.

Even though I had fun making my own songs, it was difficult to find even the basics. I'm still only able to make songs pretty basic. I turned on my iPod and played music through uCreate but could not write as I changed the songs. I also had a difficult time writing my own voice. You can record for up to 5 seconds. I thought I was recording, but when I tried to play, I never heard my own voice. Perhaps with a little practice, the more I'll get the hang of it. I really do not know what I was doing, but it was still fun and I really did some tracks. I would recommend this toy for ages 10 and older, because you need to be able to read well and have patience to learn to use it.
